I bring over 20 years of leadership experience spanning collegiate athletics, higher education, commercial construction, operations management, and organizational consulting. My career has been defined by one mission—helping people lead themselves first so they can lead others better.

From the Dugout to the Boardroom

My journey began on the baseball field, where I learned the discipline, perseverance, and mental toughness that have shaped my life. As a college baseball player and later a head coach, I saw firsthand the impact of leadership, teamwork, and accountability, lessons that extend far beyond sports.

These same principles carried me into business education and leadership consulting, where I’ve worked with individuals, teams, and organizations to develop leaders who can navigate challenges, build strong cultures, and perform at their highest level.
